Job Responsibilities
- To do End-to-End Recruitment
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates.
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
- Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
- Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
- Sourcing of CVs through our Database, employee referral, job portals, consultants, walk-ins, OTPL website and headhunting.
- Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective social media.
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with Technical leads.
- Meeting the deadlines to close the vacancies.
- Selects of manpower placement agencies to assist with recruitment process.
- Salary negotiation & managing all joining formalities.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to his/her Reporting Manager/Management.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
- Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Skills / Experience
Preferably having knowledge of prevailing norms, processes and scenario of Lucknow’s IT Market
- 3+ Years as IT / Technical Recruiter.
Preferred Qualification
Any Graduate or Post Graduate, preferable BBA,BCA,B.Sc.IT,B.Tech/MBA,MCA,M.Sc. IT/PGDM – IT/HR/Industrial Relations
