Job Responsibilities

    • To do End-to-End Recruitment
    • Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates.
    • Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments.
    • Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
    • Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
    • Sourcing of CVs through our Database, employee referral, job portals, consultants, walk-ins, OTPL website and headhunting.
    • Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective social media.
    • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
    • Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
    • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with Technical leads.
    • Meeting the deadlines to close the vacancies.
    • Selects of manpower placement agencies to assist with recruitment process.
    • Salary negotiation & managing all joining formalities.
    • Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to his/her Reporting Manager/Management.
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
    • Attends job fairs and industry conferences; runs company booth at job fairs.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualification

    Any Graduate or Post Graduate, preferable BBA,BCA,B.Sc.IT,B.Tech/MBA,MCA,M.Sc. IT/PGDM – IT/HR/Industrial Relations
